Cuein Insights API
The Insights API lets customers query support conversation/interaction data in bulk or by specific transcript or case id to get per interaction insights including contact reasons, root causes, resolutions and various AI driven metrics (Deflection, Inferred CSAT among others).
Cuein Answers API
The Answers API lets customers send support related questions from their bot or agent platforms to get real time responses from their curated knowledge bases. The results include specific answer snippets relevant to the question and reference documents where answers were retrieved from.
